Step 1      
                   Turn over the girdle, wear it from the reverse end of the hosen, and                    pull it up to the thighs.


Step 2      
                   Grab both sides of the waistband and pull the girdle up till the                               waistline.


Step 3      
                   When done, reach into the back and lift the buttock flesh inwards                      and upwards until they sits fully on the contouring hip cups.


Step 4      
                   For optimum result, squat & bend a few times after the adjustment                      to ensure a perfect fit at crotch area with no constriction in                               movement. Adjust both ends of the girdle at the thigh area for a                      smooth and idea fitting.
